Gabriele Pieraccini recently joint ART SpA as Chief Technology Officer. Prior to ART, Gabriele has built a solid and wide range of experience working for recognized worldwide market leaders in the automotive and high-tech sectors, where he has held important positions in national and international companies managing top notch multidisciplinary and multicultural teams. During his career, Gabriele has always launched worldwide innovative features and products and led his teams through complex transformations needed to stay competitive in a technological environment that constantly changes at increasing speed. Gabriele built his extensively international experience working in Germany for both Bosch Engineering and Bosch, and in the USA for Apple. In Italy Gabriele worked for two Italian excellences like Ferrari Formula 1 and Lamborghini. His broad and deep perspective on working internationally and with multicultural teams, has further strengthened his belief that diversity, and the possibility of working in an inclusive environment, are the keys to build high performance teams able to deliver excellent products to their customers.
